multicast DNS Bridge
mDNS (aka rendezvous aka bonjour) works great at the link level. But sometimes you want two subnets under the same administrative control to see mdns services on the other (e.g. wireless and wired subnets on a home router). A software bridge would act as a repeater, sitting on both subnets and relaying broadcasts between them.
